Hi fellow travellers,

I just wanted to share a message about Jeju Taxi Tours for those looking to travel to the Jeju Island just off the coast of South Korea. My friends and I (a group of 6) travelled to Jeju Island between September 28-30 and used the services of Mr. Ko Jung Hyun and Mr. Ko Soon Tae for two days. Custom taxi tours for small groups are popular on Jeju Island there are few transportation alternatives (i.e. there is no subway and bus service is very limited).

I was originally recommended to use the services of Mr. Ko Soon Tae based on good reviews from other forums. We first contacted him through WhatsApp a day before our flight to Jeju Island and he promptly replied. However, due to our tardiness, he suggested us to use the services of Mr. Ko Jung Hyun instead who was available. Despite this, Mr. Ko Soon Tae helped us organize our day by looking over our list of attractions/itinerary for the two days and was very helpful liaising with Mr. Ko Jung Hyun who spoke "simple English".

Mr. Ko Jung Hyun was great! He took us to all the places we wanted to go and suggested some places along the way to take photos. He also suggested great restaurants which we would have had trouble finding on our own. He actively took photos for us at different attractions which was helpful. Although his English was not the best, we were able to get all the things we wanted to do and make revisions along the way (we realized that we were too ambitious and scheduled too many things together and changed our minds in certain places!).
